If You Have The Will, Poem by Veeraiyah Subbulakshmi

If You Have The Will,

If you are treated as a ball,
And thrown here and there with a laugh,
Get yourself inflated for them not to hold,
Stuff yourself with knowledge metals,
Travel through the periodic table,
To pick up the one that is identified with you,
Uranium is what I meant, that has the Isotope,
The reactor rods are the best to spank them with sticks,
You are too smart to hide what you think,
Running water from the disinfectant mouth,
Full of praise to douse the fire in one’s heart,
Learning is the long process, in which,
You always have the option of flying high with might.

I was never a lover of Chemistry but after reading your poem I learned a little something(smile) . A great will power can take you to places that you have never been to before. A desire to succeed in life takes good will power. You can achieve if you only believe. Enjoyed this VS.

O my sister, V.S. I think you are teaching chemistry to your son. And the idea you convey in the end, 'Learning helps one to fly high with might' is excellent. Make use of some more laws of Chemistry to correlate with the happenings in the world. Thank you so much.
