Identity Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Identity

Rating: 5.0

I don't fear getting broken again,
crushed into pieces
washed away with monsoon rain.
All that I fear is to be found
littered in a drain.
And then being put together
in someone else s fancy frame.
So just brake me
and spread me around
let my soul be free
in a body never bound

All that I fear is to be found littered in a drain. And then being put together in someone else s fancy frame.- - - break me.. let me be free............ a poetic cry in distress or a real desire to be free at heart and soul in the real sense? ? lovely poem dear nalini . thank you. tony

Despite it's sadness, there is something in this that feels good. Idk, maybe that doesn't make sense, but it does to me. Lol. I like it a lot
