Identity Poem by Sagar Garg

IDENTITY

Intoxicated By Myriad Of Glistening Memories
I Feel Like Aliens Surround Me
Unable To Merge With Anything Or Anyone
Here I Am Dazed And Confused; Tired Of Being Used
It Is Not Me That You See; It Is Just Your Fantasy
Wisdom, Faith, Love, Affection; All Evaporate In Vain
This Is Spiritual Blindness; Nothing Eases The Dready Pain
Feeling The Pain Of Nauseating Loneliness, Which Most Of Us Are Spared
That Comes When Life's Experiences And Thoughts Cannot Be Shared.
Now I Have Years Of Aimless Wandering
Between The World I Left Behind And The One Im Staying In
Oscillating Between These Two Worlds
My Fractured Identity Looms Large
I Long In My Self-Sympathy To Reach A Lost Soul,
With Satisfying Empathy To Make Me Being Whole.
