You consume me...every part of me
You satiate my thoughts,
haunt my dreams
I whisper your name...you come to me
bringing with you passion beyond my wildest dreams
My heart speaks words only you can understand,
spoken words from the lips aren't necessary
Your eyes pierce my soul
When you look at me, I feel my heart fill with
a love beyond comprehension...

It's at this point I try not to let reality set in
You have never really been mine to begin with
I am walking solo in my dreams
My heart feels a hunger
It's beyond anything I have ever known
It seems as if it will stay in this suspended state
of uncertainty forever
No one to blame, there is no fault
Two hearts in the right place
but at the wrong time
I pray that someday time will be on our side
but, until then
I will walk alone
