I Will Listen Poem by Don Nguyen

My Darling,
From now on I promise to listen,
Your heart my arms will console and caress,
Our conversations will be carried out speechless,
While our hearts beat for each others,
No longer that I will let you suffer,
Due to my careless haste, my being crafty with words,
For I will forget the whole world,
In order to love you as I should.
I will say I love you until the familiar deepest sigh forms,
After numerous teardrops,
I will say I love you from each early dawn,
I will say I love you beyond every sunset,
I love you until my heart and soul anew beget
The love beyond any human love,
The love a humble soul offers to his God.
I love you, my Jesus.
