I Will Be Poem by Tushar Ray

Following my retirement from SUNY-Upstate Medical Center, I settled in Phoenix and opened a yoga school, 'Central Yoga School of Mind-Body Fitness' near the Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ (now closed since 2006) . Watching some of my students suffering from anxiety and tension I was inspired to write a poem for empowering the students in my class. In the afternoon of June 23,2003 those lines came to my heart when I wrote this inspirational poem for them. I advised the students to mentally repeat these few lines during my class as well as any other time they feel like summoning the inner strength in life.
