I want to be pretty I want to see the beauty inside come out of me
i look in the mirror as my tears fill my eyes they tell me im pretty but all i hear is lies.
I want to smile and be pretty you see but sadly im just me
i don’t want to be perfect I don’t want to be a queen I just want to be something tolerable if you know what i mean
i want to feel confident, I want to love me but sadly that will never be
I want to look at my reflection and be okay with what i see but instead
im just little old ugly me.
