I Walk The Night Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Walk The Night

I walk the night
And think about
So many friends
No longer here
Kind people wise people good people

Others may too ask about me
Why did this good person
Have to die?

We human beings
Small as we are
Can only ask
We have no answer
