I'Ve Hurt Her Once Again Poem by Ray Hansell

I'Ve Hurt Her Once Again

Every time I see her
My heart comes alive
Every time she goes away
My heart slowly sighs

I know how to turn her on
I know just what to do
I make my move
She won't refuse

Once again I'll hurt
When it's time for me to leave
I know that as I walk away
I'll feel her tug at my sleeve

But it never makes me stay
Or makes me turn around
I know that as I walk away
Her tears fall to the ground
