I've seen you cry about a thousand times
Seen those fake smiles almost everyday
I see those lies that you covered up in the mirror
And I see you walking alone down that hallway
During the spring and summer I see you
And I see those scars from arms to legs
Tell me why you want to die
Can I try to take away your pain tonight
I've been there a million times
I know what its like to want to fall off the face of the earth
To want to take a gun to my head
And never see this world ever again
I've been covering up those lies in the mirror for quite some time too
And I know its hard to trust anyone especially if you can't trust yourself
Cause I've been through the same things as you
I just want to let you know that I'm here standing alone
Waiting for someone to sweep me off my feet too
