I try and try,
With all my might,
To pull us through,
This shadowed light,
I do sweet things,
And write cute love songs,
Yet once you've read,
You continue saying you don't belong,
I try to make you feel,
How you used to be,
I try to open your eyes,
To see what you used to see,
You look at me as though,
You love everything about me,
Yet you kiss my lipsticked lips,
As though you wish to kill me,
Why can't I prove my sorries,
I'm trying all I know,
I want to show you I love you,
But our times...running out!
