It seemed like it was all perfect,
That finally there was happyness
And even some hope.
I should've known better.
Why can't I stop?
For just a moment,
I give you a second
And hope that maybe
Jus maybe
For once you would care.
I should know better.
All you've ever done
Is break my heart into pieces.
I can't stop getting my hopes up,
And I look at you with fresh eyes
Until you walk away and destroy it.
I thought you cared.
I guess I've learned
That you never cared at all.
