I See You Poem by Samantha Belsey

I See You

Frantic and gentle
Time wraps happy hands
Round lily white limbs
Waking embers of a dying fire

'I see you'
disarms and excites
An Eton mess
twisting upon turtle head

Skin paper thin
cannot contain
all within

'I see you'
I do.
