I See You Poem by Cathryn Martin

I See You

I see you face in the clouds above,
Your presence is in the wind,
I can feel you there behind me,
With your hand on my shoulder
I turn to look but your not there.

My sigh is carried on the breeze,
To find you far away,
Your presence lingers a while with me,
Upon the mountain top.

Then I descend, you follow,
Till I am safe and sound,
You leave me with a whisper,
Of the love you have for me.

Once again I am alone,
But I'm no longer scared,
You have given me the strength,
To brave this deadly world,
Till you are home again.
