I Remember! Poem by Adeoye Olaneye

It was sometime back in November
not really sure as it did not really matter
even though it was on no particular matter
all i can say is i remember.

That was awhile ago, when all i had left was my ego!
though it took all i had to know you are no virgo!
but that's not a reason to let a friend go.
As water under the bridge, So many November passed.
Even though you are missed, i still remember!

Here i am using my heart as a pen
never thought i'd be writing to you in the pen
can't say how much this is a pain.
But i guess no pain no gain!
BUT I WILL REMEMBER!
