I On Earth Groan
Hear!
Olympus hear!
From my literature
My science
My all
My civilization
See the groan
The continual groan!
The centuries pass
And
The ages count
Yet
Continual the groan
And
The groan increases
As I more aware
Become
My eyes be opened
My leaves hide
No longer my nudity:
As
The Conscious rivals the Sub-Conscious
As
The Sub-Conscious its
Comeback makes.
