I Need To Take A Walk.
Im over thinking things
letting them rag my brains
my mind is overloaded with thoughts
women, music, band, family, friends and money
tried to sleep
but they keep hitting me
one by one
everynight, thinking over thinking
two hours sleep everynight for weeks
i need to calm down
i need to take a walk
i need to free my thoughts
substances wont help
i need to get away
run for the mountains
and hide my mind.
