I need for there to be more than what's here
This life has become too residential
Somehow everything will just disappear

Some new contrivance I must commandeer
Intrinsic existence influential
I need for there to be more than what's here

Most of this time, I no longer endear
And I can’t forget how providential

Contemplating my life over this beer
Wanting for more than is bare essential

But clinging inside of my inner ear
Words repeating most morbid torrential

Living a life as a lone musketeer
Seeking the question true existential
