I'M Tired Of Being Played Poem by Rosa Williams

I'M Tired Of Being Played

Rating: 5.0

You knew how I felt
You knew I loved you
So why did you make me cry
Why did you make me suffer
Instead of saying good-bye
Why did you lie
When you said you had nothing to hide
You told me not to get attached
Yet you where the one who always called me
Wanting me to come over
And I was so stupid for listening
Like if I was a puppy and you were my master
You knew how I felt so why did you hurt me
Why did you use me, play with me like I was your toy
You said that me and you could never be together
Even if we tried
That your family wouldn't approve of me
Because that I wasn't your race
That I wasn't your kind
Yet your the one who keeps on calling
And like a little puppy I kept running back
Well it stops here, I'm at the end of my chain
I won't come running back to you
I'm tired of this I need a change
I need a real man
Someone who's gonna love me
And not be ashamed
Because I no I deserve better than this
Better than you
And you deserve my pain
