~i'M Not A Liar~ Poem by Alicia Rose

-The poem itself should give enough information, as to what it's about-

I bit my lower lip as I sat there waiting for what was to come,
You closed the door and pulled out a gun,
You waved it in my face and smiled,
While you were whispering in my ear:
'This is gonna be a while'
I just waited for it to end,
And you kept saying: 'Be my friend'
Your hand crept upon my inner thigh,
I sat there wanting to die,
You never did say you're sorry,
All you did was tell me to be quiet,
Now as I sit here watching the clock,
All the memories come flooding back,
I stand up and look in the mirror,
And I see you whispering: 'My dear'
It's in my mind, that I know,
But soon there won't be any pain to show,
One quick cut,
And I fall to the floor,
And now I won't suffer anymore.

Whew, that was more emotional, than I thought it would be, , all the best to you, Alicia.
