How the world stands still
when i'm with you.
The day i found you,
No clue what to do.

I was wisked away,
On a hapless adventure.
I found happiness
That ended the torture.

I've always been miserable,
Never felt that i was alive.
Then you pick me up.
I no longer have to strive.

Strive to fit in,
To talk to anyone.
I tryed so hard.
I felt like no one.

You befriend me,
Take me in.
I feel free,
No longer in sin.

You take my hand,
And i take yours.
You intoxicate me,
With everything that is you.

Every second, my love grows.
Every day, my happiness shows.
On fateful day, that I regret.
You walk away, I now feel dead.

Back to my norm,
From what was a change.
You stay in my life.
You. I will always love.
