I'Ill Fly Away Poem by nathaniel watkins

I'Ill Fly Away

I'ill Fly Away
to where sorrow does'nt reign
where night can not breed fear
and love no longer causes pain.
I'ill Fly Away
to where emotions are free to roam
without the fear of being torn apart
by an undeserving and treacherous heart.
Which was the instrument of loves destruction
once falling prey to ecstacy and seduction.
I'ill Fly Away
to where the lion and the lamb lay together
beneath the encasing sun.No longer predator
or prey but life begun anew in a place far, far
away.
A place where such harmonies have been fortold
and the soul of humanity finds its place within centuries
yet to come.
I'ill Fly Away
to meet the thunder in the sky, riding elusive clouds
to my final destination no longer existing inside a world
of damnation.
I'ill Fly Away
to rest underneath the whispering trees of folklore
in a place that has been blessed with Gods heart
as its core.
I'ill Fly Away!
