I Have No Spirit



my spirit has been squashed
pounded into the ground
i cannot feel its energy
i cannot hear its sound

like a lion left to die in a cage
i've lost the sparkle in my eye
i cant see the magic anymore
all i see are the days go by

i've lost and forgotten my most precious thing
and i know you know it
it was your plan from the beginning
