I Do Not Forget Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Do Not Forget

Rating: 5.0

The years go by
Everyone is forgotten
But I do not forget
I remember my mother my father my brother
I think of them often
I do not forget
Its years later
And I do not forget
But in not so many years
It will not matter
I too will be forgotten
We all are eventually
But for now
While I am alive
And still can use my mind and think
I remember for as long as I can
Those I love so much still.
