I Cry And Try Poem by Tony Pinedo

I Cry And Try

Rating: 4.0

I do cry, when others say it isn't manly and weak, there's nothing wrong with being meek.
I do try, too show compassion that I care, for we all have fallen to a demons dare

I do cry, when I'm hurt and feeling pain, it's what heals us from going insane.
I do try, to remember I'm washed from all sin, I too was once drowning in a bottle of gin.

I do cry, when I feel sad and mad, I have forgiveness because the whole world isn't bad.
I do try, too pray for others who have done me wrong, we are all children of God and need to be in heaven where we belong.
