I Can'T Write A Pretty Poem Poem by skye takara

I can't write a pretty poem.
I see everyone putting there hearts into their papers.
I look out the window but nothing beautiful comes to mind,
just rain not shine.
The sky is so gray how can anyone laugh or play.
I just wish something would come to my mind.
Rainbows and light,
all i can think of is darkness and night.
Maybe if I close my eyes
I could write.
But then how can I?
Oh well this will do
this may not be pretty
but next time I'll make one about you.
