I Can Be Poem by cosheila bihag

i can be a handkerchief when you cry
a diary to express
a medicine for pain
a shoulder that for you to lean

are you a chilli?
when i see you, my golden tears will fall.
are you a paper?
when i stare at you, my heart wants to write a poem

i discovered a transference relationship
we had similarities
that could never deny
seems that our souls were parallel in life

how could it be?
i thought that i am the wind
that never hit by an asteroid
now like the water that sounding and shouting your precious name

what happen?
somebody said that you were different
but when i met you, my heart revealed the truth
that you were unique of which you've got my attention

i will never plea the sign to Sky
the destiny will care of ours,
no matter what happen
the meeting of joyous heart is important

can i ask you?
if you want to see again
hope i may the first that whom you can see
and can be your side when you need a light

and a pillow
to murmur
the emotions
from your heart

when you walk
will you please look down?
because i am not the kite that fly in above
i am a woman who walk and find of where are you now

seemingly you are wandering soul from older times
reminiscing the past
that is inappropriate to recall
and least your day to shine
