I Am Now 66 Years Young! Poem by Roxanne Dubarry

I Am Now 66 Years Young!

Rating: 5.0

On October 04,2020 I turned sixty-six years young.
And I am still a faithful follower of Jesus Christ,
God's only begotten Son! I am not getting older, for
I am getting better! My triumphant entry through the
pearly gates of heaven are awaiting me, and all others
who truly believe.

Old things must pass away and behold all things become
new again! My outer fleshy body is perishing, but my
inner soul and spirit are constantly becoming renewed
every day again! It is all because Jesus Christ is my
Best Friend Forever (BFF)and he sticks closer than a
brother or sister or a mother or a father!

I no longer focus upon tomorrow, because he really does
have the whole wide world in his hands. Including our
presidential elections. There is only one God and
there is no other God before him or above him!
Every blessing that has come my way is because of him.

I place the security of my remaining loved ones under the
shelter of his wings! My sister Lynn Ellen Dubarry, went
home to be with Jesus Christ August 17,2020, shortly
before her 68th birthday of August 25,2020. Aggressive
Leukemia may have taken her earthly life! The very day
she died, she was with her Lord and Savior, Jesus
Christ in Paradise!

When at long last my final earthly day is done, I shall
awaken in the presence of Jesus Christ God's only begotten
Son! In that blessed day where there is no sunset or no
dawning! I am a beloved and redeemed daughter of the Most
High and Holy God! I am part of the Body of Christ, and I
am part of the Bride of Christ, and I am one of his children!
I am one of his disciples.

"Choose this day whom you shall serve, but as for me
and my house, we shall serve the Lord! " Choose Jesus
Christ and choose eternal life, or choose Satan and
choose eternal death and damnation! There is no
middle ground available for neither me nor thee!

Love in Christ Jesus!
