The old and feeble man is
Lying in his bed,
He is very ill,
Suddenly he anxiously says,
"It's coming,
I am listening,
It's the last sound
Of the great whistle,
I know it's for me,
Yes, it's surely for me,
I have to go now."
A well penned poem. Truly splendid and poetic....5 stars*****
This demonstrates the power of a well-chosen title coupled to an intriguing beginning two lines to get the readers' rapt attention! ! Top marks!
