Hunger, Life's Prime Rhyme Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Hunger, Life's Prime Rhyme

Rating: 5.0

‘It's all about a bit of bite
‘To eat and fill my hungry maw,
‘To that end these skies I soar
‘Over every inch of land to pour,
‘And more than happy
‘I sure hope to be
‘With just some frugal breakfast—
‘Forget a sumptuous repast',
Seems to say this keen-looking kite
I saw.

‘Yea, were it not for hunger,
I'd bother to work no longer',
Preparing to fly away
Said this kite looking more grey.
