Happiness! How do you define it?
A flexible term.
You can stretch it,
Like an elastic band
Unless your vocabulary fails you.
Your expectation determines
Your definition.
A furtive glance
From the girlfriend,
Determines happiness
For the young man standing
At the corner of the street.
For the beggar on the sidewalk
It is a handful of coins
On the bottom of his bowl
At the end of the day.
I am not so lucky as they.
I can not define happiness
In such a constraint way.
