Hoping
I'm hoping for a ring
I'm hoping for a dream
I'm hoping for everything
Or so it would seem
I'm hoping to hear
I'm hoping to feel
I'm hoping to see
Everything in my dream is real
I'm hoping to become
I'm hoping for the start
I'm hoping so faithfully
That he will ask for my heart
I'm hoping for everything
I'm hoping for it all
I'm hoping I don't hope too much
And wind up disappointed after all.
