Holiday Blues

When your family doesn't live close
by, the holidays, can bring on the
blues! You feel left out of everything,
even the latest news. It's not what you
hoped for, but you have to accept things
as they are, thinking, how nice it would
be, if they didn't reside so far! Holidays
are not meant, for us to be alone, it's
time for giving and to share and I'd give
just about anything, if I could be right there!
Even though it's this way, I'll fill my glass
and say a toast, so here's to my beloved
family, to me, you are, the most!
