His Crimson Heart Poem by Luke Lailvaux

His Crimson Heart

Maybe i'm over thinking where I stand?
I'm wrapped up in fabricated chains of my own pain, , it's around my mangled heart thats already not a part of me anymore.

Take me back to the days, , behind your house.
Where we would kiss, , laugh
And play.
All I wanted was for you
To teach me how to move
But all you wanted too do
Was love me like we were meant to be, , two unlikely souls finding their place in one another.

So please come back, , from where ever you are
And teach me how to move.
Let our hands meet, ,
Please let me feel complete.
Burn my chains with you crimson heart, , thaw my soul my dear.
Please teach me how to move, ,
Spin me in circles till I fall into you.
Teach me how to move from where I stand, , save me from my own hand.
