Him Poem by Addison Walker

Him

Him, he, man, boy
Her everything
No matter what
She will remain by his side
Through thick and thin
He is hers
Perfect match
God couldn’t have done a better job
In love
Fascination, excitement, thrill
Young and in love
Rich in love
Drowning in love
Could be temporary
Could be permanent
She is blessed
To have time with him
She is proud of her man
Is he proud of her?
The pet peeves
Irritations
They are minimal
Minuscule
They don’t matter
They have each other
Happy, blessed, honest
There’s no way
It’s less that forever
Could she be dreaming?
No
It’s too real
He’s too real
To touch, feel, kiss
Affection at its finest
Jealousy peaks its nasty head
They are both
Twisted in its brain
But they will never break away
From their love
Perfect
A match made in heaven
Forever & always
My love
