Hideaway Poem by Annie Velasquez

Hideaway

I'm hiding now, trying to rest
From whom or what, I haven't a guess
Just know that I don't really want to be seen
Just need my space, I'm not being mean.

Alone In this house, still here I reside
Locked in the cupboard, content to hide

We all need that alone time, the space to regroup in, find our place in time and regain our peace of mind. Excellent writing. Love your style! 10++++ Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
