Hide not tears generated
By profound love
For love is a renown brewer
Of tears
Both honey and gall
Beers served to all
In different measures to drink

Love's embossed seals
Tears are
Appended on documentary faces
Keeping the heart aglow
When love is either close or afar
For tears sweep away from hearts
Refuse dumps deposited therein
By loneliness and longing
Even of rejection and loss

So be not ashamed to shed tears
When confronted by desire
And thoughts of sweet and bitter
Times past
Shared in the warm and cold
Embrace of the beloved.
