Hidden Scarlet Poem by Brandorian Jobst

Hidden Scarlet

Rating: 3.5

Is it a lie if it's never asked?
Should we just forth tell?
We hide our fate behind the masked,
Vowing love, our minds inside a cell.

Things change yet stay the same
Aren't we just two kids after all
who are we to blame?
When this kingdom will inevitably fall

Everything is wrong
it shouldn't be
yet here you hold me in your warm arms singing me a soft song,
nothing in the world besides you and me.
