without a hi
there is still a bye
people won't bother to ask why
since their world is the world 'i'
i without an eye
there is still a lie
on where lives lie
unveil it?
people will die
just say hi

sadly, this is the world we live in.. if the world were like you, we would have more Good Samaritan caring attitude.. a nice poem you wrote to touch the coldness of people's hearts.
I omitted to add: Yes Anne, in order to welcome the world to you, you have keep the I aside. You have to be selfless. How True!
Hi Anne, A wonderful exhortation to make one's life worthwhile living. It is when one opens one heart to others, when one shares that the world also responds.; the world becomes beautiful. So much of philosophy in so few words...10++
Just read the first poem of yours, posted on this site. It's a nice one. Saying hi to other people is a nice habit. Those who aren't busy in their own world of 'i', usually do it.
