It was just yesterday you left
It seems like a thousand years
In this cold you left me,
You want me to bear it all alone

You said you won't be travelling alone,
that there will be company
your CEO, your secretary, and many more,
here i am, sitting, I am all alone.

You are laughing, there is a party
champagne on your lips, kisses on your chicks
A business party, business kiss, business hug, business sex
My bed is empty, I am all alone

When you return,
You bribe me with your next words,
"honey I miss you, "
A fairytale lie you try to actualize,
What can I say, I miss you too.
I don't want to be left again, all alone.

It wasn't all business
There was a little pleasure here and there
But does it even matter?

I accepted the business "meeting"
To tune off the world and live in my world.
Because you know what?
This whole world isn't my world
It is yours, and you know you could have made
It our world but you didn't
Instead you made promises.

I'll give you the world, love, kisses, my touch.
I just realized the world you promised me doesn't even exist.
The love your whispered in my ears are all lies
The kisses you plastered all over my face
Was a facade for deceit, hurt and betrayal.
And you touch was torture.

I kept hoping that oneday
