Her Poem by Gio Masserati

Her

White canvas
Pure as sunlit crystals
Brown golden flecked eyes
Open windows
Directly to the soul
Delicately encased
Inside
Shadowed midnight lashes

Embodiment of her
Her love temple

Staying on guard
Keeping watch
By guiding spirit
Over the mountains
In valleys
Through rivers
Protecting her temple
Intricately covered in flesh
Bathed in parfumed oils
Set apart by divine riches
Unseen to a naked eye
At all costs
Fine displays of valor
In gratitude

One body
One spirit
One soul

Her
Hers alone
