When giving poems lately
I see the anger- I feel my hurt
This message sifted laundry
Stubborn stains-ugly dirt
What shall I do to cure me?
Depression fills my state
My mind not very helpful
Self fighting not to hate
I'm screaming in this silence
Life has me overwhelmed
Each way I turn for solace
Please someone take the helm

Every day is a new day, fight to live every one the best you can. Find things to make you smile, find things that make you happy.
