Oh my friend
My lovely friend
I will stand by you, till the end
I write you a message every day
I hope that you will always stay
Because I love you more than a flower loves the sun
And I hate every time you are gone
I pray for you to find happiness
And I will do anything for you

But lately you have had it very bad
You are crying and are very sad
You were forced to choose between two boys
And none of them can give you the joys
Because you lie to yourself about your feelings
And you are crying against the ceiling

You are my best friend
And you say I am yours
but being together with me you can't endure
Even though you say you hate to lose me
You hurt me whenever you don't choose me
I would safe you if I could
But you won't ever let me try
Instead you are slowly saying goodbye

You are my 'summer'
You are my muse
The 500 days are nearly over
And I need to let you free
You will never see you belong to me
And the pain you inflict is getting too big
So if you go I will not follow
Neither will I be there when you come back

You are free now my love
Make the best of it and no regrets
Because I would have married you
And you turned it down
I have given you everything
And you still cry
So if you go this is a goodbye

I will always love you
