Heart Vs Mind Poem by salha kibwana

Heart Vs Mind

A beautiful young being, Still at the tender age
Influence sweeps like aplague, she is sweeped where the wind blows,
no other being seems right but herself, feeling like evryone seems to run her life
As blind as a bat she still trying to find herself, as the mind and heart r on a strife

His voice allures her into the cave, Her mind hestitates but her heart is brave
She is lead by her heart, and not the timid mind
multi-voices shout out all sorts of things, but his eyes draws her attention away

His touch maps her body, her blood growls fiercly like a lion,
Goosebumps are tapped all over her body, as her hair erects on their tips
Her voice is sieged by her emotions, her body is now helpless

His lips kisses her trembling lips, as the room is enveloped by passion
Her heart skipped a little bit to the music playing behind, as the mind struggled to resurface
Sweat avalanches on her forhead, as he begun to inflict pleasure

He grasps her close to his firm body, as a tear roles down her cheek
Her heart shouts out in relieve, while her mind cries out for help
He whispers softly'are you ready', her blood stampeeds around her veins.

In a fraction of a second, behind closed eyes a moment flashes.
Her mind amplitudes its voice, its now so loud and crystal clear
She stops grabs her dignity, pride, and school bag
as she leaves she puts to sleep her heart.

The mind won the battle against the heart,
the qeustion remains in the coming battles of peer pressure.

HOW MANY BATTLES WILL THE MIND WIN....
