Heart Forged By Steel Poem by Kestrel Quiambao

Heart Forged By Steel

Mary, fortify the walls of mine
Put some charm around my sword and guard
I'm fighting this invisible fantasy while drinking wine
Killing me inside naked outside

Mary, pull the strings of fate from me
Tell me what pleasure is from lust
From pain is to agony
And to where the twist of fate remains unjust

Mary, the day is elemental
Turning me mellow down
Chase the old black sound into white and fatal
Turning my days in severe mode of frown

Mary, Mary, metal of the ice strikes my heart
As it pierce the core from inside out
Knives puts a diamond from a dart
My temperature's going straight into doubt

Give me a bow and arrow
Take me to where Hades lives
I'll tell him to shut his mouth or I'll shoot it narrow
Take me to the world you forge the life with knives
