He Wrote My Name On Sand Poem by Sidra Mahmood Khan

He Wrote My Name On Sand

He wrote my name on sand
A wave of water came
Whatever written band
With feelings of crazy gone away
No finger-print…!

Breeze touching neck, forehead and hair
Walking……………
Foot-print in wet sand
As melting ice-cream removing its shape
Someone playing guitar in the deck of ship
Music which come out mixing with roaring sound of sea
In restaurant a fairy casement on crescent moon

To touch the untouched
To feel the unfelt
To catch a bird
With glittering sight
To remove tears from panicked eyes
To hold hands of innocent blinds
To control voice
And understand noise
To walk in shore
Followers catch path
To raise the voice
No helping hands rise
To break circle
Which boring spot
And go beyond the Isle
Kill monotony of power

Sky is clear and stars are in on duty
Waves are busy, striking head with satiety
Touch and disappear
Touch and disappear
He wrote my name on sand
And disappeared……..! ! ! ! ! !
