He's Gone Again
this poem i wrote this morning. my brother is back in the hospital. his kidneys again.. i blame god for all of this pain and suffering his condition has created in our family!
last night he woke up coughing
i ran to go and see him
his crimson life blood in the sink before me
i called for help and now he's gone
i cant see him and i dont know whats going on
is he okay? ?
will he come back
here we go again my angel gone again
lord why do you tease his life so
i just want to know
i love my older brother

I lost my brother to kidney cancer last year, but I do not blame God. We are responsible for our body's food intake and its health through the years, and whatever illness comes, is never God's fault, we do it to ourselves, (and our environment causes it too) . God does not tease, He is too Divine for such trivial actions.
