Have You Seen The Deadman? Poem by Angel Fury

Have You Seen The Deadman?

Have you seen the deadman?
His eyes remind you of pain,
You try to escape the glare,
But you just can't refrain.

Have you seen the deadman?
He smells of a rotting corpse,
You might say it's a little different,
But still a little remorse.

Have you seen the deadman?
His expression just stays blank,
He has maggots crawling all over,
And that's when my heart sank.

Have you seen the deadman?
His clothes are ripped and torn,
Want to know why I see him?
I just died, then was reborn.

Why is she crying, My mother asked,
But they will never know why,
I guess I should've never looked,
Into the deadman's eye's.
