Haiku & Senryu
boots upon a shelf
after long tiring journey
the warmth in the bed.
tree lay's off baggage
these falling leaves are treasure
manure for the earth.
Wonderful poems both haiku & senryu - a beautiful combination and meaningful content.
Nothing to compare with the warmth of the bed and the leaves that manure the mother earth.
Exquisite. The two themes seemingly un-related, converge in the sublime ending. Lovely
