To get where you were going
pre affluence,
you went around the hills
instead of up and o'er -
you practised 'ho'
('ho' means 'moderation') :
hence quaint hillly Ho-bart.
Rich now,
'Ho' is a bloody misnomer;
Hobart is Up'nO'erbart,
and in gridlock,
Uck'nUp'nO'erbart.
